11/03(土)、明治大学和泉キャンパスにて開催された「明治大学アニメ・声優研究会主催学園祭イベント ef-a tale of backstage」に行ってきました。

この辺が学生っぽくて和んだｗ
主なレポは先に2chのスレの方に書いてしまったんで、そこから甜菜。

ef明大イベ行ってきた。
minoriの酒井氏が言ってたエピソードをちょっとレポしたい。
efやminoriについてあまり詳しくないので、よく分かてないところがあるんで恐縮だが、その辺は補足よろ。
minoriの親会社が解散した時に酒井氏の同僚(?)が「会社、一体どうなっちゃうんだよ・・・」とかなり弱気になっていた。
そんな折、酒井氏に対してminori自体の買収をトンでもない額で持ちかけられた。
およそ払える額ではなかった。
しかし、このままでは告知していた毎年有明で開催されるイベントや、進めていた企画、何もかもが水の泡となってしまう。
そして何より、その話の席に同席していた同僚(?)氏が涙目になっていたのを見るに見かねて、
「こんな額しかありませんが・・・」と返事をしたら、その言い値で買収成立。
気付いたときには、貯金を下ろしていましたね。
みたいな話をしていた。
買収成立額は、minori自体をオークションにかけたネタの時の落札額に近いらしい。
そして、今、銀行からは「マグロ漁船はあまりお金にならない」と言われているようだ。
efのDVDが売れないと臓器売却しないといけないという話も出た。
トーク中も度々、流れが自然とDVDの販促になるなど、かなり切羽詰っている雰囲気を感じた。
話し方からはケーハクでノーテンキな印象を受けたが、結構熱い人なんじゃなかろうか。

DVDが売れたら、今日ゲストだった後藤麻衣氏から、
羽山ミズキメインの何かをやる、みたいな話はありましたが、
DVDが売れたら二期をやる、という話はなかったような気がするよ。

てっきり織り込み済みだと思ってた。
商品展開的にはあと何年か続きそうなんだけどな
原作はおそらく来年末か再来年だろうし…。
アニメの販促的には、それまでに熱がさめちゃってたら二期は厳しいのかな
原作ゲームの１本目は販促広告うちまくって、積極的だったから
原画家の人気落ちない、minoriが潰れない限りはいけそうな気がするんだけど。

これも酒井氏が言ってましたが、企画の全てはぶっちゃけ売れるかどうかで、
売れたら勢いでやっちゃう業界ですよ、みたいなことを言っていた。
efの新規の企画については、まだ先行DVDの売り上げを見ていないこと、
それから会社の守秘義務にも関わるので、話せないとのことだった。

シャフトの人が言ってたかどうか忘れてしまったが、ジェネオンの人だったかな？
作品は大きく分けて、保険として作るものと、冒険して作るものの2つがある。
で、efはそのどっちかと言えば保険として作っているもの、みたいな話があった。
ただ、ジェネオンにはハヤテが、シャフトには絶望というヒットがあるから、
別にefを保険にしなくてもいいじゃないですか？みたいなことを話していた。
しかし、minoriにとってefが保険なのかどうかは、わからなかった。

1話で切った数はかなりいるみたいだが
２話の演出が結構話題になったりして視聴再開してる人もいないわけじゃないみたい
ＯＰも曲も映像も出来が良いっていう風に評価する人もいない事ないし

これも酒井氏の話で恐縮だが、
いい意味でも悪い意味でも才能に恵まれた作品と言っていた。
いい意味というのは、エンディング変えてみたいですね～とかいう話が出ても、
いつもは、それはお金がかかるからあきらめざるを得ないですね、となるところでも、
efでは大沼氏をはじめ、本当に熱意を持った現場があるから通ってしまう。
だから妥協しないでいいのがうれしい、と話していた。
悪い意味というのは、深夜4時5時に帰る足のないところでほっぽり出されても、
文句は言えない。そこから自分の足で帰るのも仕事です。
みたいな話だった。
大沼氏の演出については、「スタイリッシュ！」と結構惚れてるようだった。
俺も、2話の千尋が記憶障害を告白してから、怒涛のカットでつなぎにつないで、
2話目にしていきなり1話と違うエンディングというあの演出は、何回見てもブルっとくるね。
